AGREEMENT
✧ Payment means you accept TOS
✧ I as an artist retain all rights to created artwork. I may use any picture I create for sale and presentation in digital or printed form. You agree that I may sell higher-resolution files and WIP stages of your commission as part of image packs, Patreon rewards, or similar.
✧ All copyright for artworks goes to me and characters owners
✧ As a commissioner you are required to send me image reference/s. If it's just a description I can take artistic freedom
PAYMENT
✧ Payment via Boosty (just with a card) only or hipolink (via Paypal)
✧ Full / 100% prepayment
✧ Payment is required within 48 hours
✧ If payment takes longer than 72 hours, I can cancel the commission
✧ Clients get full refund if I cancelled the commission for personal reasons or they cancelled the commission before I started working
✧ Clients can't cancel the commission and make a refund after I had already started working on it
CORRECTIONS
✧ Sketch stage. Big changes are allowed (pose changing, BG changing, character changing)
✧ Render stages. One set (up to 3) of small fixes are allowed
✧ After free edits. Each correction costs 10$

What is a YCH or “Your character here” commission?
A your character here commission is a special type of commission where the person who offers it (the artist) provides an unfinished sketch of the final artwork.During the course of a YCH you can bid for a to be finished version that will then feature your character of choice in the final piece. The character will still feature the same pose and expression that the character rag doll in the sketch had.YCH auctions have the big advantage of the buyer not being required to come up and define a pose, that he then has to explain to the artist. Instead, he can just provide the artist with a character reference.
